Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our hardware. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Movebooth photo booth for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns are accepted for unused hardware in original condition only.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the photo booth must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unassembled — the photo booth has not been deployed at an event or used in a commercial setting
  • Original packaging intact — all components, accessories, and the rolling flight case must be included
  • No visible damage — the hardware must be free of scratches, dents, or modifications
  • Within 30 days of delivery — the return request must be initiated before the 30-day window closes

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:

    Contact our support team — reach out via help.mvbth.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. 2
    Receive your return authorization — our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
  3. 3
    Pack and ship the photo booth — securely repack all components in the original flight case and ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. 4
    Receive your refund or exchange — once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

Want a different finish (white vs. black) or need to swap for another reason? We're happy to exchange your unused photo booth within the 30-day window. Follow the same process above and note your exchange preference in the initial support message. Exchange units ship after the original is received and inspected.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Hardware that has been used at a live event or commercially deployed
  • Hardware returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Hardware with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Software subscriptions (monthly or annual plans are non-refundable once active — see our Terms of Service for details)

Warranty Coverage

All Movebooth photo booths include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from returns and apply after the 30-day return window closes. Contact help.mvbth.com for warranty service.
